This exclusive apartment offers maximum comfort and convenience for max 5 persons. It is the apartment on the first floor featured on the left-hand side of the main photograph. You enter this apartment from the same level as the main entrance and parking. Designed entirely on one level and without stairs, the apartment ensures effortless living throughout. The residence features 2,5 beautifully appointed bedrooms, 1 elegant bathroom and one separate toilet, complemented by a spacious living area and a fully equipped, high-end kitchen, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests.

Three bedrooms:

1. Masterbedroom with kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom, sleeps 2 (180cm-200cm)

2. Small bedroom with bunkbed for children only (80cm–190cm). This bedroom is separate from the masterbedroom via a sliding door.

3. Bedroom with two single beds, sleeps 2 (2x 80cm-200cm)

Guests enjoy a very spacious 100m2 terrace reserved exclusively for their private use, along with parking for two vehicles. In addition, the apartment provides access to the impeccably maintained communal gardens, which include two refined barbecue areas and two shared swimming pools—ideal for unwinding and savoring the Italian sun in a serene, upscale setting.

Welcome package

To help you settle in, we provide a welcome package including coffee, toilet paper, and a nice bottle of wine to cover your first night. As our apartments are self-catered, please plan to purchase your own groceries — including coffee and toilet paper — for the remainder of your stay.

Tourist Tax

Please note that tourist tax is due in cash upon arrival. The tax is currently €4 per person, per night, up to a maximum of 5 nights. Children under 12 are exempt.

While many amenities are close by, the property is best accessed by car. As the apartment is located on a hillside, having a car is the most convenient and comfortable way to explore the surrounding area with ease. Taxis in the area are limited, so we highly recommend arriving by (rental) car to make the most of your stay.

Thanks to its strategic location, the property also serves as an ideal base for discovering some of Italy’s most renowned destinations The complex is located in Lerici, a charming and picturesque coastal town on the Golfo dei Poeti (Gulf of Poets). From here, guests can easily explore some of Italy's most celebrated destinations.
