Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the arrival date.

• More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund, no penalty.
• Within 30 days of arrival: The full payment is non-refundable. This includes cancellations, date changes, and shortened stays.
• Early departure: No refunds will be issued for early check-out or unused nights.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel/cancellation insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
