This exclusive apartment offers  maximum comfort and convenience for max 9 persons. It is the ground-floor apartment featured on the right-hand side of the main photograph. Designed entirely on one level and without stairs, the apartment ensures effortless living throughout. The residence features five beautifully appointed bedrooms and three elegant bathrooms, complemented by a spacious living area and a fully equipped, high-end kitchen, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests. Guests enjoy a generous private garden reserved exclusively for their private use, along with parking for two to three vehicles. In addition, the apartment provides access to the impeccably maintained communal gardens, which include two refined barbecue areas and two shared swimming pools—ideal for unwinding and savoring the Italian sun in a serene, upscale setting.

We provide our guests with a welcome package. This package exist out of coffee, toiletpaper and a nice bottle of wine for the first nights when you arrive.  As our apartments are self-catered, we expect you to buy your own groceries including coffee and toilet paper for the remaining nights of your stay.

Please be aware that tourist tax is due in cash at arrival.  Tourist tax is currently euro 4 per person per night for a maximum of 5 nights. Children below 12 are exempt. Please pay tourist tax in cash at arrival.

While many amenities are close by, the property is best accessed by car. As the apartments are located on a hillside, having a car is the most convenient and comfortable way to explore the surrounding area and move around with ease. We therefore highly recommend arriving by car to fully enjoy your stay. Thanks to its strategic location, the property also serves as an ideal base for discovering some of Italy’s most renowned destinations, including Cinque Terre, Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Forte dei Marmi, Portofino, Parma, and Genoa..

The complex is nestled within a UNESCO-protected natural park, offering breathtaking views of both the sea and the surrounding greenery. Lerici’s charming city center is just 3 kilometers away—approximately a 10-minute drive—while beaches and grocery stores and daily essentials are equally close.
