This exclusive ground-floor apartment offers maximum comfort and convenience for up to 9 guests. Located on the right-hand side of the main photograph, it is designed entirely on one level, with no stairs, ensuring effortless, accessible living throughout. The apartment comprises five beautifully appointed bedrooms and three elegant bathrooms, complemented by a spacious living area and a fully equipped, high-end kitchen.

The five bedrooms:

1. Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, sleeps 2 (2x 80cm-200cm)

2. Bedroom with two single beds, sleeps 2 (2x 80cm-200cm)

3. Master bedroom with access to the private garden, sleeps 2 (180cm-200cm)

4. Bedroom with French bed (140cm–200cm), sleeps 1–2

5. Bedroom with bunk bed, sleeps 2 children

Guests enjoy exclusive use of a generous private garden, along with parking for two to three vehicles. The apartment also grants access to the impeccably maintained communal gardens, featuring two refined barbecue areas and two shared swimming pools — the perfect setting to relax and soak up the Italian sun in serene, upscale surroundings.

Welcome package

To help you settle in, we provide a welcome package including coffee, toilet paper, and a nice bottle of wine to cover your first night. As our apartments are self-catered, please plan to purchase your own groceries — including coffee and toilet paper — for the remainder of your stay.

Tourist Tax

Please note that tourist tax is due in cash upon arrival. The tax is currently €4 per person, per night, up to a maximum of 5 nights. Children under 12 are exempt.

While many amenities are close by, the property is best accessed by car. As the apartment is located on a hillside, having a car is the most convenient and comfortable way to explore the surrounding area with ease. Taxis in the area are limited, so we highly recommend arriving by (rental) car to make the most of your stay.

Thanks to its strategic location, the property also serves as an ideal base for discovering some of Italy’s most renowned destinations The complex  is located in Lerici, a charming and picturesque coastal town on the Golfo dei Poeti (Gulf of Poets).  From here, guests can easily explore some of Italy's most celebrated destinations.
